At our environmental-friendly premises in Ayvalik, top quality olives are processed through 2-phase fully automated continuous system. After seperated by leaves and cones, olives are pressed and crushed physically in the crusher in order for obtaining the olive paste, which is then transferred to decanter section where the oil is separated from olive pomace and vegetable water. After being cleaned during re-centrifuging, virgin olive oil is put in stainless steel tanks and delivered directly to Bornova Plant in Izmir.
İzmir Bornova Factory
At Bornova Factory, where the new refinery and filling machine were installed in 2010, virgin olive oil received directly from Ayvalik Plant is stored in stainless steel tanks at an environmentel temperature not exceeding 18⁰C, filtered and bottled without additional process. Olive oil, on the other hand, is produced through non-chemical process, packed and delivered to both domestic regions and export markets.
